First, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, the email address on the order may have been entered incorrectly. Contact our customer support team with your name and delivery address and we'll locate your order and resend the confirmation.

Orders are processed quickly. Contact customer support as soon as possible — if your order hasn't entered the packing stage we'll do our best to cancel or modify it. Once it has shipped, the order can no longer be changed.

For responsible-consumption reasons we apply a maximum quantity per customer per 30 days. The limit and your remaining allowance are displayed at checkout. The exact cap is published on our terms of service page.

We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay. Buy-now-pay-later via Tabby and Tamara is available at checkout for eligible orders. Whether Cash on Delivery is offered depends on your delivery area and is shown at checkout.

Yes. All prices on haypp.sa include the 15% Saudi VAT and the applicable excise tax on nicotine products as required by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). You will see a tax breakdown on your invoice.

When a payment fails, the order is automatically cancelled and the pending charge is released by your bank, typically within 3–7 business days. If you don't see the amount returned, contact your bank with the transaction reference, and feel free to reach out to us as well so we can confirm the order status.

We deliver across all 13 regions of the Kingdom. Major cities including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca, Medina and Tabuk receive the fastest delivery. Remote areas may take an extra day or two.

Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days. Same-day or next-day delivery may be available in Riyadh for orders placed before the daily cut-off. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order ships.

Standard shipping is a flat rate displayed at checkout. Orders above our free-shipping threshold qualify for free standard delivery. Express options and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. Because these are age-restricted products, the courier will ask for a valid Saudi national ID or Iqama at delivery and check that you are 18 or over. If no eligible adult is present, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notice with collection instructions.

For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened cans. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact customer service to start a return and we'll guide you through the process.

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: a photo of the product, a brief description of the issue, the batch number printed on the can, and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Once a return is approved, the refund is processed within 2 business days from our side. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track orders, save delivery addresses and re-order your favorite products.

Log in and go to My Account. From there you can update your name, email, password and saved addresses. Note that updating account details does not change information on orders that have already been placed.
