How do I change, pause or cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your account and open the Subscriptions section. There you can change products, quantities and delivery frequency, skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or cancel it entirely — anytime, with no fees.
When am I charged?
You are only charged when a new order is created, right before each delivery, using the payment method you chose at checkout. You'll receive an email before each upcoming order.
How do I update my payment method?
Sign in to your account, open Subscriptions, and choose your active subscription to update the payment method. You can also use the secure link in your subscription emails.
Can I change the delivery date or skip a delivery?
Yes. In the Subscriptions section of your account you can skip an upcoming delivery or change the frequency at any time before the next order is created.
Can I mix different products in one subscription?
Absolutely. Add as many products as you like below — each with its own delivery frequency — and complete a single checkout.
